Shipping and Returns Policy

 

Domestic Shipping:

We guarantee that we will ship your order within 3-5 working days.

If your order needs to be modified or changed in any way, please email our customer service team at info@elephantmoon.com as soon as possible so that we can make the changes necessary before the order is shipped. 

Elephant Moon will provide tracking on all orders through USPS.com.  You will receive a tracking number via email when your item has been shipped.  Shipping typically takes 5-7 working days.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Amex.  We also accept PayPal.

 

International Shipping:

We do ship internationally.  Please contact our customer service team info@elephantmoon.com for further assistance.

International orders are not eligible for return.

 

Returns and exchanges:

For online returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service team at info@elephantmoon.com.

If for any reason you need to return or exchange any purchased items, you are able to do this through our online store at any time.

Online customer returns can be refunded to your card in full.  Shipping charges are not included. 

In the unlikely event that you need to return a faulty item, postage will be refunded in full. Should you wish to exchange an item then please return the item within 14 calendar days of your purchase. We will initiate a refund or exchange once we receive your return package.
